This position is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with overseeing the day to day operations of the restaurant. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
Qualified candidates will possess at least 2 years of culinary experience with expert knowledge of food specifications including but not limited to preparation, presentation and cooking methods. In addition, the successful candidate must be professional, innovative, and possess well-rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts. We're willing to consider "fast track" type candidates who have a passion for service and a commitment to success. To succeed with us, you will need to be a high-energy, outgoing leader with a positive attitude and you must understand of the value of building and developing a team.
